Do you want to have peace of mind and peace of heart, the kind of peace which surpasses all understanding?
You rejoice in Jesus Christ, our Lord; you delight in Him! As you delight in Christ, you talk (prayer) to Him and share your burdens (supplication) and thanksgiving - causing you not to be anxious about anything because you rejoice in Christ.
While you rejoice in Christ, and you talk to God in prayer with a thankful heart, our God of peace fills you up with that peace of mind and peace of heart - peace which you could not explain that you are joyful in Jesus Christ even in the midst of the negativity of the world. And in this way, Christ's peace overflows in you, that you become a channel of God's peace to others - giving back the glory to our Everlasting Father!
